Upon Verbal Enrollment Acceptance the following payment is due
$99.00- Evictions/ Background Challenge's/ Broken leases/ Open rental balances Package
$49.00- Credit Challenge Package
$149.00- Eviction/ Broken Lease/ Criminal Plus Low Credit Package

How to ?
Additional info

1. Complete the New Client Intake Form

2. Book a Call to go over Intake Form (If you have specific questions related to your challenge & want to ensure we can help)

3. You will then be assigned a Realtor

4. Boutique individualized tailored hands-on approach to getting you approved

5. Once Approved the lease will be in the name of applicant(s)

6. Security Deposit(s) and move in fees will be due

7. Get your keys and move into your new home
